Muchnick Interviewed in Publishers Weekly

Author and activist Irvin Muchnick is interviewed in the April 5 issue of the trade magazine Publishers Weekly.

Muchnick is author of CHRIS & NANCY: The True Story of the Benoit Murder-Suicide and Pro Wrestling’s Cocktail of Death. Irv, have you or the lawyers heard anything about when the Second will be scheduling its review?
Could they just rule at any time, based on the briefs already submitted?

My understanding is that the Supreme Court's order has been officially received by the Second Circuit, and the court has "stayed" further proceedings until May 7.
