THE FINAL FAIRNESS HEARING SCHEDULED FOR JULY 28, 2005 HAS BEEN POSTPONED. FURTHER DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED SHORTLY.
Under IMPORTANT DATES the site now says:
July 28, 2005 - Hearing for Preliminary Approval for Settlement As Amended
Can't wait to read all about it.
