Nothing On Our Case From Supreme Court Today
The Supreme Court today released its first decisions for this term, but ours was not among them. We think the next decisions will be out on January 11-12.

Two of the 4 decisions were argued the same week as our case & one was as late as 11/2.
If we can read into tea leaves at this point, I think this means that there will be a decision & not a 4-4 tie. Why? Because in a 4-4 tie, they don't have to write opinions & thus those are announced rather quickly (by Court standards). The fact that 4 other cases were announced before ours means, in my view, that someone is still writing an opinion for our case.
