December has come & gone without a ruling.
Do your lawyers have any idea what the status is?
Also, since many months have gone by without a court date being set, can we assume that the Court will just issue a ruling from the previous filings?
Any info is greatly appreciated.
No new info. It seems safe to assume that the Second Circuit will not ask for further briefing or oral arguments, and will simply issue its ruling in due course.
