Defendants' Response to Objectors' Supreme Court Brief
As the ever-vigilant "Moxie" noted in the comments below the previous post, counsel for the coordinating defendant, Reed Elsevier, has filed with the Supreme Court a response to the objectors' brief. Has there been any word on whether or not the court has considered this case yet?
The conference was scheduled Friday (11/14) and there was no notation on the docket that the date had changed. If the conference did take place as scheduled, the Court's web site should have the decision (either to grant cert or to deny cert, or even to issue a direct order to the lower courts) on Monday
(11/17).
