Former NWU Executive Director Maria Pallante Named Acting Register of Copyrights

The person who hired me as assistant director of the National Writers Union in 1994, Maria Pallante, has been named Acting Register of Copyrights at the Library of Congress. She replaces the retiring Marybeth Peters.
