I called the court and spoke with our case manager. He said that there was a letter brief filed on Jan. 30. Do you know what that was? He said there is no way to know when the court will rule, but there is activity and they are working on it.
There was a new and somewhat modified version of our earlier brief filed by the objectors with the court's permission. I'll put it up shortly.
