It has now been nearly 2 months since this was described as happening in a "matter of days"; what's happening? Is it still the one publisher holding things up?
All the signatures were secured as of a week or so ago. And even before that, Judge Daniels set the approval hearing for January 22. See the Chalmers blog (cclaimsinfo.blogspot.com) for details.
