Attorney Charles Chalmers' September 5 Status Report to Court:
"This supplements the report to the Court in the letter from Michael Boni, dated August 2, 2013. The plaintiffs’ counsel, and the undersigned representing Category C claims in the negotiation for a Revised Settlement, remain committed to presenting that settlement by September 30, 2013. Defense counsel advise they working to achieve that goal, and that they will have a more complete picture in about two weeks, if not sooner."

If we submitted claims and our address has changed, should we send the new address to Charles Chalmers? If so, do you have a contact address?

At the appropriate time, we'll try to provide such basic info to the best of our ability. I think the people you'll need to contact for updated addresses is the claims administrator, the Garden City Group, Inc.
Right you were. The claims administrator whom one should contact to register a change of address seems to be jason.zuena@gardencitygroup.com
